Board of
Directors (2009 - 2010)

The direction and
control of SEAOSD are vested in the Board of Directors. The Board
consists of the President, Vice President/President Elect, Past
President, Secretary, Treasurer, and four Directors. The
President, Vice President/President Elect, Past President, and Treasurer
are elected to one-year terms, and the Directors each serve two-year
terms. The Secretary shall be appointed by the President.
The Board may delegate powers to appropriate representatives and
committees. The Vice President/President Elect subsequently serves
as President and Past President. The current Board Officers are
